Rediscovering Americanism: and the tyranny of progressivism

I read Levin’s book Rediscovering Americanism. I am in the process of re-reading it. It is a scholarly work with fair even-handed analysis. The first half of the book is some tough reading (at least to me) because it is delving into the written words of Rousseau, Hegel, Marx etc. Levin then provides a history of progressivism which IMO is a nomenclature which couches the philosophy and goals of these individuals and their followers, in a term that is deceptive implying something good. I know he didn’t coin the phrase and that he is actually using their vocabulary and then providing the information, history of what it actually is. His final analysis and conclusion are correct IMO. Rediscovering Americanism… is a great work and one that everyone should read.

Madness of the left

Great short article by Ms. Quade on the Victory Girls blog.

BTW if you want to understand how the USA got to the predicament it is in, I recommend you read/listen to the scholarly work by Mark Levin titled “Ameritopia”. It is at times it is difficult to read because of sourcing of texts/writings over the past three hundred years. But if you stick to it, it then all unrolls and reveals quite plainly the implications and results. I cannot be more enthusiastic about this recommendation.

John Adams tried to warn us

The Establishment, TPTB & MSM are determined to make sure Pres. Trump is no more than a one term president. They hope for much less.
Schumer, Pelosi, and those in MSM keep ratcheting up the hatred and toxic rhetoric to levels that are contemptible.
Why is killing the president in a play in NYC (though under the auspices of drama) not considered wrong?
Why is a rodeo clown with an Obama mask heaped upon by MSM and The Establishment and we get nothing from them for our current President?
You know why.

We (conservatives for lack of a better term) are in a very real state of trouble.
The Libs/MSM/TPTB have succeeded in RADICALIZING many of their people. Radicalizing leads to events such as the shooting.  We have seen the violence of the radicalization of the libs in damage to property, people attacked at Trump events and so on.

Is this the new norm?
Is this what I/we have to get use to?

Let us, that voted for President Trump and others who are fed up with the liars and fake news producers UNITE on July 3, 2017 to BOYCOTT Jeff Bezos….BOYCOTT his bread and butter…. the website AMAZON.com.

No purchases from AMAZON and also just importantly, whatever you would have purchased from them on July 3, give the business if possible to a local store or at least somewhere elsewhere. Deprive AMAZON.com your $$$$. 

Then, let’s see if we can make it a habit.

Schumer and the Democrats admit they are against the actual parameters and duties of the Supreme Court

The judges in the USA have the responsibility of interpreting the laws of our country according to the words of the law. They are not supposed to apply their own political, social and/or moral philosophies to the laws of our country. The judge is supposed to be a neutral and non-partisan expert in the laws and the legal connections that they make.

“Schumer pronounced judgment on Gorsuch, saying that while the judge met all the legal qualifications, he wasn’t the liberal judge Republicans prevented President Obama from nominating in his final year. “Judge Gorsuch was unable to sufficiently convince me that he’d be an independent check on a president who has shown almost no restraint from executive overreach,” Schumer said. “Second, he was unable to convince me that he would be a mainstream justice who could rule free from the biases of politics and ideology.”

Why would a judge be liberal? Wouldn’t that make him a poor judge? Wouldn’t that mean the judge was unethical? Schumer and the democrats only want a judge that aligns to their anti-USA policies and practices. They want a judge that doesn’t agree with Trump.  They are not after the fair and judicial equality as promised in our Constitution, Bill of Rights and so on. They want an UNETHICAL AND LIBERAL ACTIVIST JUDGE.
