What EXACTLY is the deal?

Can we get a straight story? Let me put it in a better way – can we be told the truth?

Do you remember what “truth” is? “Truth” does not include spin. It does not include half the information.

For those of you who are unable to understand or remember what “truth” is, let me provide the definition of the word from Dictionary.com:

1. the true or actual state of a matter
2. conformity with fact or reality, verity
3. a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like
4. the state or character of being true
5. actuality or actual existence

What exactly I am referring to? What EXACTLY is the nuclear agreement with Iran? No, I do not want Kerry’s interpretation of the document. NO, I do not want Iran’s interpretation. What EXACTLY does the document state? NO, I don’t want information from a brief or from websites interpreting of the events. NO, we do not want information from an anonymous inside source. We WANT TO SEE THE EXACT DOCUMENT. WE WANT TO READ THE EXACT WORDS.

Why?

We can not trust our governments.

The amoral, unethical, lying president of the United States of America

Mr. Krauthammer does another excellent job of putting the tail on the donkey.

One of the points of Gates’ book new book is that policy in the United States is something of a political tool not an ethical or moral tool. Anyone following the antics of some of our Presidents would say “duh, obviously”. But the matter has not always been the case. Reagan’s policies were mostly (I have to use this word since I lack perfect recalling ability) ethical and moral responses or strategies. “W” often acted as such (definitely not always). The current president, our empty suit, however is a political creature with a liberal backbone and his actions are based on the narcissistic acquiring of personal power and prestige so that he can shape the USA in his own image (words selection is deliberate here). But let’s not stop there – we must also look our Congress that has finally matured into a monstrosity organism and organization which is in many ways the same type of creature our president is. Morality, ethics and values that are intertwined in one’s DNA that are not self-serving, narcissistic in nature is almost completely void in our Congressional representation. Why is that? Well ladies and gentlemen that is because they are merely getting away with what our society is allowing them to get away with. Our society in my nation is on the whole diseased and sick with narcissism, immorality, amorality, unethical people. Question my diagnosis? Look at our elected officials. Look at our entertainment industry and their products. Look at our public schools. Look at our universities and colleges. Sad isn’t it.

Yet I am certain of this: Our president and congress doesn’t represent me and a few thousand others.

What a mess this nation has become. When our country desperately needs its own SPRING we are yet dead in the middle of a hard cold winter.

Unbelievable

Take your time and read these three short paragraphs. Especially focus on the wording and message in the third paragraph.

Education experts blasted a recent Department of Justice directive, which they say seems to advocate a racial quota system for punishing school kids for such transgressions as being late or chewing gum in class.

The memo, jointly released by the departments of Justice and Education on Wednesday, urges public schools to ditch so-called “zero tolerance” policies the feds claim disproportionately affect minority students. The letter, which was sent to all public schools, said even well-intentioned policies are discriminatory if they end up being applied in greater proportion to minority children.
“Schools … violate Federal law when they evenhandedly implement facially neutral policies and practices that, although not adopted with the intent to discriminate, nonetheless have an unjustified effect of discriminating against students on the basis of race,” read the letter. “Examples of policies that can raise disparate impact concerns include policies that impose mandatory suspension, expulsion, or citation (e.g., ticketing or other fines or summonses) upon any student who commits a specified offense — such as being tardy to class, being in possession of a cellular phone, being found insubordinate, acting out, or not wearing the proper school uniform.”

2 cents:
1.       Schools have been put on notice that the DOJ may pursue charges against schools that fairly, neutrally, even handed – all the same plane – practice of punishing disobedience, not following the school’s rules. Gee – what happens with punting accountability to when they are of age to go to college or military or the workforce? Really!!
2.       The implication of Holder’s comments are that minorities are the most disobedient. If a white person said that or implied that he or she would be on the screen of every liberal news show, tabloid, blog and paper as a racist. Where is Sharpton, Jackson and the racist hacks now? Why isn’t CNN and HLN running 24 hours on the racist remarks of the DOJ. Oh, I know why – Holder is not white. We all know (wink, wink) only white people can be racist.

On eternal things: An important difference

To the best of my knowledge all religions but Christianity (which is different from Roman Catholicism) teach that one must work or earn their way to heaven, nirvana, or whatever the term is for the blessed hereafter. The god or prophet gives rules and admonitions that one must follow and obey so as to have a hope, a possibility of gaining eternal bliss.

With Christianity, the God of the world said here is what you would have to do – be perfect everyday of your life and this will require sacrifices and rituals to cling to in order to hope for eternal bliss. In essence at this point of the story it is the same as all other religions.

Then He did the unthinkable and said, I know you can’t do it so I will send my Son to you and He will do it and He will fulfill the required righteousness on your behalf and if you accept His work, His payment for your life – if that is all you will trust in to enter Heaven, you then can freely enter.

Immanuel – God with us. Doing for us what we could not do in order to have an eternity we desperately desire.

rambling commentary

This week the WH of the USA has been scrambling trying to position itself in any way it can that will not appear that it wants to be a leader in the world. Krauthammer points out in his column this week that this continued strategy of the WH has made nations and governments that were once our allies now looking for other ways to grapple with the issues pushing in on them. It seems to me that the WH is trying to make allies of governments that represent some of the most dangerous in the world, aka Iran and Syria. Ostracizing Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Ukraine, Japan, South Korea, EU, Israel, Iraq, Pakistan etc. Central Europe is feeling the press of Putin’s Russia. All of these governments have been dealt icy policy changes from the WH. I realize no government made of human beings will be perfect but surely they can strive to be better than evil, apathetic, narcissistic, amoral, immoral and scandalous. It is a sad reality but in reference to the USA’s WH, no one should trust the current administration. No one meaning other governments and nations but also people like me, citizens of the nation of the USA. Their is a far left neo-socialist agenda in play via the current president which wants a world where all are dependent on governments because the infrastructures of society as each nation knows it are crippled or flat out destroyed. Of course these type of people will be free of the trappings of these degenerate philosophies so it is all theory to them. They won’t have to engage and survive in the new practicality of the destructive forces they unleash on society as a whole. This type of thinking is a cancer and in order to improve quality of life to the patient (society), radical dangerous decisions and actions have to be made. The society/patient may eventually survive but their quality of life is forever weakened. These type of so-called thinkers that institutions prop up and place keys of power in are sociopaths in suits and fine clothing. Well groomed, polished teeth, but beneath the clothes – away from the sight of eyes is disease and putrification. They are corrupters. Designer-diseased pathogens that have the looks of peace and well being but result in a “bad trip” and destruction of the host/society.

The wares being pumped out by the USA now, near future and the past six years are dangerous, destructive cells that allies need to avoid. This administration and specifically the president need to be managed and removed from opportunities of influence, power and infection. Mitigating the activity and crossing with the USA now and in the near future may be difficult in the present but it will ultimately be easier than having to detangle, disinfect and treat one’s government and society from the implications of allowing the relationship continue as it had in the past.

Bottom-line: nations of the world – do not engage with the government of the USA now and the near future. Citizens of the USA, don’t trust your government; it does NOT have your best interests and liberty at heart.

So what really changed?

I’ve spent too much time this morning digesting the “news” aka “spin” of the “deal with Iran”.

I’ve seen the “historic achievement” called such by the Hussein Obama administration. I’ve read that “the West” has agreed that Iran has the right to pursue nuclear enrichment. I’ve read where Kerry says “no that is not the case, the issue was punted”. Israel in essence stating we told you he was brewing a bad deal and that the world has just become an even more dangerous place.

Earlier this week it was reported that the Ayatollah had issued his “red line”.

So what exactly is the deal?

The Geneva deal releases just over $4bn in Iranian oil sales revenue from frozen accounts, and suspends restrictions on the country’s trade in gold, petrochemicals, car and plane parts.

In return, Iran undertakes to restrict its nuclear activities. Over the next six months it has agreed to:

• stop enriching uranium above 5%, reactor-grade, and dilute its stock of 20%-enriched uranium or convert it to oxide, which makes it harder to enrich further. The medium-enriched uranium, in its hexafluoride gas form, is relatively easy to turn into weapons-grade material, so it is a major proliferation concern.

• not to increase its stockpile of low-enrichment uranium.

• freeze its enrichment capacity by not installing any more centrifuges, leaving more than half of its existing 16,000 centrifuges inoperable.

• not to fuel or to commission the heavy-water reactor it is building in Arak or build a reprocessing plant that could produce plutonium from the spent fuel.

• accept more intrusive nuclear inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency, including daily visits to some facilities.

What does this mean?

1. MUCH needed funds are going to flow back into Iran.

2. Iran is allowed to continue nuclear enrichment.

3. The centrifuges that have not been assembled and turned on are to remain off-line.

4. The heavy-water reactor which is being built needs to stop. If I understand matters has absolutely no civil application – put another way – it is a military application.

The agreement is a six month document.

For a nation apparently desperate for funds, a six month pause is a wise course of action.

So what has actually changed?

They are receiving sanctions relief for allowing the pause button to be pushed.
