This pastor died about 4 years ago. I had several correspondences with him over the years. God used him to help me with some different questions that came up about matters I had come across. His books and sermons helped me with my life and living. I am looking fwd to seeing him someday. I know he is beside himself right now, seeing what he had taught and preached about for 60+ years. FAITH NO LONGER REQUIRED.

The following pastor is named Lawson. He was brought to my attention about a year ago. Filled a gap that the one ref above left when he died. Really good stuff and his heart is right. He keeps up with everything going on whether politics, technology and the accelerating of degeneration here and the world.
For some of you, this will be a WORLD of difference because you’ve never came across such a thing.

“It makes sense that witchcraft and the occult would rise as society becomes increasingly postmodern,” author Julie Roys, formerly of Moody Radio, told the Christian Post. “The rejection of Christianity has left a void that people, as inherently spiritual beings, will seek to fill.”
Roys added that witchcraft is especially attractive to Millenials because it has been “effectively repackaged.”
“No longer is witchcraft and paganism satanic and demonic,” said Roys. “[I]t’s a ‘pre-Christian tradition’ that promotes ‘free thought’ and ‘understanding of earth and nature.'”
Author and Christian radio (“My Faith Radio”) host Carmen FowlerLaBerge, referencing the Quartz data, tweeted last month, “As mainline Protestantism continues its devolution, the U.S. witch population is rising astronomically. There may now be more Americans who identify as practicing witches, 1.5 mil, than there are members of mainline Presbyterianism (PCUSA) 1.4 mil.”

- Development of so-called higher learning for Christian ministers
- The embracing of the works of Hort, Westcott, Metzger & Nestles in the so-called Christian universities and colleges.
- Development of so-called scholarly subjects as higher-criticism, textual criticism, Greek 1, 2, 3, Greek exegesis, Greek syntax, readings in Greek literature, likewise path of study of & in Hebrew…
- The development of “Christian” leaders who no longer believe that God”s word is inerrant, the Lord Jesus Christ is God the Son, propitiation, atonement, etc.
- Such Christian leaders go out in the nation and infect local churches across the nation.
- Steps 3-6 increase not only in volume but in the depths of apostasy
- So called bible perversions (well over 150 since 1900) that further attack the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Trinity, etc
- The members of local churches have their soul vexed by the continuous bombardment in step 7 & 8
- Their souls get vexed further by their enjoyment of television, movies, entertainment.
- And to now rush to the conclusion…. the rejection of Christianity because the majority of churches and their ministers are steeped in apostasy.
So you are open-minded?
A lot of times people who think Christianity is just another tale created by…. for…. (You can fill in what you have heard as well or what you may usually say) also state that they are “open-minded”. In reference to religion or spirituality they either believe _____ or don’t believe in anything at all because they go by “facts”, you know things they can “see” and “verify”. Faith? No room for it. “I got it see it and touch it” is a common phrase. One can punch holes in the logic of the so-called reason but then it doesn’t accomplish too much (to the best of my knowledge).
Recently I have changed my approach. Now I simply state something and let the Holy Spirit work on them when He feels there is good opportunity.
Here’s the gist:
“Ok – you are open-minded, that is good. Since you are open-minded and we are talking about something that does have eternal consequences you should try this.
After all, you are open-minded and no harm will come of it.
Starting today read one chapter in the Gospel of John per day. Before you read it simply say “God if You are there and this info is true please show me and if I need to be saved please show me.”
That’s it. Something that will take about five minutes a day for 21 days.
Now add them to your prayer list.
