My 2 cents:
I have been using this resource for a couple years and of the many vault/encryption resources I have used in the past, this one gets my “support”. It does what it is supposed to which of course is important but this did one thing I have had no luck with other resources in the past. With the others and with Cryptomator I had to end up using the recovery tool in order to get the opportunity to reset the password. Cryptomator is the only one I have used that allowed it to occur. Now we can say it is all user error (in ref to the past) but this time I got it right. I am not going to argue which is also why I am not providing the names of the resources that ended up not working for me.
Cryptomator did and does work.
